Individuals, large or small groups: schools, clubs, family or friends, or workplaces
I will work with you to meet your individual needs or the needs of your group.
Possibilities include:
- introduction to mindful breathing or meditation,
-yoga nidra sessions (with recording for use after),
-yoga sessions,
-yoga or yoga nidra for specific populations (chair, persistent pain,
improving sleep, reducing stress).
