Movement and Yoga Nidra
In the first part of each class, we will explore our breath and yoga postures (asana), for the second part we will practice yoga nidra, a deeply relaxing guided meditation. All levels of mobility and yoga experience are welcome. Bring a pillow and blanket if you can!

Yoga
In this class, we will explore our breath and flow through yoga postures (asana). All levels of yoga experience are welcome and it is recommended that you can make your way from standing to the floor, as it is a more vigorous class.

Chair Yoga for Balance, Mobility and Strength
In this class, our home base will be a chair with options to come to standing. We will explore our breath and movement to help improve strength, mobility and balance. All levels of yoga experience are welcome. Bring a sweater or jacket to keep you warm during our relaxation time at the end of class.
